License Agreement

This license agreement governs your use of ShipFasterAI code templates, documentation, and associated materials (the "Products"). By purchasing and downloading our products, you agree to be bound by the terms of this license.

This license grants you the following rights:

• Commercial Use: Build and deploy unlimited commercial applications using our templates
• Modification: Modify, customize, and extend the code to meet your specific business requirements
• Revenue Generation: Generate unlimited revenue from applications built with our templates
• Client Work: Use the templates to build applications for your clients (as a service provider)
• Team Development: Allow your employees or contractors to work with the code on your behalf
• Multiple Deployments: Deploy the same template across multiple domains, servers, or environments for your business

This license explicitly prohibits the following:

• Redistribution: You cannot sell, share, or distribute the original source code to third parties
• Template Creation: You cannot use our code to create competing template or boilerplate products
• Sublicensing: You cannot sublicense the original templates to other developers or companies
• Code Sharing: You cannot share access credentials or provide the original code to other individuals
• Reverse Engineering: You cannot reverse engineer the code for the purpose of creating similar products
• Open Source Release: You cannot release the original templates under open source licenses

ShipFasterAI Ownership: We retain full ownership of the original templates, documentation, and all associated intellectual property. This license grants usage rights, not ownership transfer.

Your Ownership: You own all customizations, modifications, and applications you create using our templates. Your business logic, data, and unique implementations belong to you.

Third-Party Components: Some templates may include third-party libraries or components with their own licenses. You are responsible for complying with those licenses.

Single User: This license is granted to a single individual or business entity. It cannot be transferred or shared with other parties.

Perpetual License: Once purchased, this license is valid indefinitely for the specific version you purchased.

Updates: Future updates and new versions may be provided at our discretion but are not guaranteed under this license.

This license includes:

• Technical support for setup and deployment questions
• Bug fixes and security patches when available
• Access to updated documentation
• Community support resources

Support is provided on a best-effort basis and does not include custom development, extensive consulting, or guaranteed response times.

The products are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Specific business results or revenue outcomes

In no event shall ShipFasterAI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Business interruption
• Data loss or corruption
• Cost of substitute products or services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product.

This license may be terminated if you:

• Violate any terms of this agreement
• Engage in prohibited redistribution or sharing
• Use the products for illegal purposes
• Initiate chargebacks or payment disputes

Upon termination, you must cease using the original templates, but you may continue operating applications you have already built and deployed.

This license agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from this license shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
