By accessing and using ShipFasterAI services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

ShipFasterAI provides production-ready AI SaaS code templates and business packages. Our products include:

• Complete source code for AI applications
• Documentation and deployment guides
• Business templates and marketing materials
• Technical support and updates

Upon purchase, you receive a single-user commercial license that grants you the right to:

• Use the code templates to build and deploy commercial applications
• Modify, customize, and extend the code for your business needs
• Generate unlimited revenue from applications built with our templates
• Access all included documentation and resources

You are NOT permitted to:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the original source code
• Create competing template or boilerplate products
• Share access credentials with other individuals
• Reverse engineer for the purpose of creating similar products

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete billing information
• Pay all charges incurred under your account
• Accept that all sales are final (see Refund Policy)

ShipFasterAI retains all rights, title, and interest in the original templates and associated intellectual property. Your license grants usage rights but does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Any applications you build using our templates are your intellectual property, and you retain full ownership of your customizations and business implementations.

We provide:

• Technical support for setup and deployment questions
• Bug fixes and security updates when available
• Access to updated documentation

Support is provided on a best-effort basis and does not include custom development or extensive consulting services.

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Specific business results or revenue outcomes
• Compatibility with all hosting environments
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

ShipFasterAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

We may terminate your access to our services if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the products ceases, but you may continue to use any applications you have already built and deployed.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
